Unemployment Insurance Reporting & Payments

Login to your account on the State of Hawaii, Unemployment Insurance website and click on Employer Services to report quarterly wages and make a payment.

A quarterly report must be submitted even if the employer has had no payroll in the quarter and whether or not any assessment is payable.

File your premium and wage reports based on the below quarterly schedule:

Hawaii's 2019 taxable wage base is currently $46,800. The 2019 new employer rate is 2.4%.
