Hibou Professional FAQ

Did you know that Hibou has over 100 pages of helpful documentation, ranging from how to use Hibou Professional and Hibou Suite functionality all the way to the basics of using Odoo? Check it out!

Hibou Professional apps and modules can be used if you are hosting your database on Odoo.sh or are using an on-premise (essentially a non-Odoo managed server) hosting solution.

Odoo Online/Odoo SaaS does not support third-party apps/modules and, thus, Hibou Professional cannot be utilized with this solution.

Each App or Module has its own monthly price to use, based on the complexity of the functionality and the value it provides. To learn more about the pricing, please Shop our modules. Each App or Module that requires a monthly subscription is available for review of the functionality and pricing.

You can access and download the code for Hibou apps by visiting our Hibou Odoo Suite GitLab repository. Once downloaded, you will add these to your Add-Ons folder to make them available for installation within your database.

If you do not have a resource that can assist you with the installation of custom apps and modules, Hibou can provide this service at our hourly rate.

Please submit a ticket using the button below and include what apps or modules you need assistance installing and current your hosting solution. We will get back to you within two business days to provide an estimate for installation.

Note: For Hibou to assist with installation, you must be capable of providing us access to the hosting environment.

It's simple! Just install the App or Module and the next time we check your subscription, any new Apps or Modules will be automatically added and billed (at their respective rates).

If you have received a notice that your Hibou Professional trial has expired, it's time to start an ongoing subscription with Hibou to continue use of Hibou Professional functionality.

To start a subscription, simply shop and add one or all of the Apps or Modules you are using to your cart. Once you check out, you can check My Account for your subscription code. A saved payment token will be kept on file and charged automatically for monthly subscription invoices.

If you are unable to checkout for some reason, please use one of the contact methods below to contact Hibou and include the URL of your database.

If you're receiving this notice, it's likely that we have been unable to process your saved payment method for your latest invoice. Please visit your subscription and click the Change Payment Method button or contact us as soon as possible to update your payment method in order to ensure continuity of functionality.
