All employers who are liable for unemployment insurance can file and remit online at myAlaska or or with a paper return. Reports and payments are due the last day of the month following the end of the calendar quarter.

The 2022 taxable wage base limit is $45,200 and the rate is made up to two portions - employee's (.56%) and employer's (3.0%).
