When your Odoo account is set to "Handle in Odoo", you'll see communication in the Discuss app, as well as the chat bubble icon on the top-right of the screen.
If it's set to "Handle in Email", then you'll receive these notifications via email.
A channel can be added as a follower, just like a contact can.
You can configure a channel to function as a mailing list.
Send Message sends to all followers of the record. You can also add additional recipients, as needed.
Log Note is for historical purposes or internal communication. You can tag specific contacts or channels by using the @ symbol.
Activities in green are scheduled for the future. Yellow activities are due today. Red activities are past due.
