At Hibou, we spend a lot of time building solutions for clients to make their jobs and lives easier. I have in the past highlighted several of these solutions by posting short articles about some of our modules and their usefulness. (Go read those articles too!) Today I wanted to touch on one that is going to be a very brief description, but has some pretty handy functionality.

We call it simply, Timesheets on Payslips. What does it do, you might ask? Well, it puts timesheets on payslips. We're pretty straighforward here at Hibou. 

This module, once configured of course (find out how to do that by reading this), will pull in timesheet data entered either by the employee or the person running payroll and place that information on the Worked Days & Inputs tab. This will display the number of days that there are timesheets for, a sum of the hours worked on those days, and the total amount earned based on those timesheets. 

Then, under the Salary Computation tab, the amount listed will be equal to the employee's hourly rate multiplied by the total number of hours worked in that pay period.
