The New York Implementation accounts for New York State Withholdings, New York Unemployment Insurance Tax, New York Metropolitan Commuter Transportation Mobility Tax and the New York Re-employment Service Fund. If you are a new employer you can register with the New York State Department of Labor to obtain your rate.
