Be delivered via a free shipping method
Once the above conditions are met, ensure that it is in the state of Sale Order and then copy + paste the URL of this sale order in the answer section below.

First, navigate to the Help Desk app.
Once there, create a new ticket for a fictional issue.
There are no requirements for this task, but include as much information as you think is appropriate or required to follow up on the issue with the end-user.

Still within the Help Desk app, pick any open ticket and write an initial response.
You don't need to know the answer (though bonus points if you do!), but let the customer know what the next steps might be.
